WED and THUR April 10/11 - ENGLISH 8
Your Book Report Assignments were due today (Presentation or Movie Poster). We enjoyed the presentations from those students who chose that option. Next we:
1) Went over the Symbolism and Characteristics Paragraph Assignment for "The Tell Tale Heart". After seeing and discussing my example, you had class time to brainstorm your characteristics, find evidence in the text and then sketch out your symbol.
You should be ready to write your rough copy on Friday's class and colour your sketch of the symbol as needed.
Friday: Write rough copy, edit rough copy, write good copy.
