Mon. Apr. 15 - ENGLISH 8
Today we started the class peer editing our "Tell Tale Heart" paragraphs.
Next, we had a bit of time to make the changes to our rough copy on the computers and print off a good copy.
The last half of class was spent reading over a new story, "The Street That Got Mislaid". We recorded important events that occured and tried to make inferences from there to come up with the author's message (theme).
TEST this week double block days on Story Elements and Literary Devices and on Reading Comprehension strategies.
