Wed. March 13 - ENGLISH 8
We are busy wrapping up our Oral NArratives Unit this week.
Monday: Fables and Personification - short note, examples, worksheet that was completed in class.
Tuesday: no class block 7/8. Block 3/4 - watched "Big Fish" and classified each story in the movie.
Wed: Unit Test (review notes once for overview). Written and Reading portion that can't be studied for.
Thurs: Block 3/4 - Reading instructions for board game. Practice explaining them orally. Play! (linked to your current Social Studies unit)
Friday 7/8 and 3/4 - Playing two medieval-themed board games.
All unit assignments should be handed in before March Break
REMINDER: BE SURE YOUR INDEPEDENDENT NOVEL IS READ BY THE END OF MARCH BREAK
