Yesterday you all presented some great projects about how humans are impacting ecosystems. I'm proud of the final presentations you accomplished together! We started our Chemistry unit on Friday.
Today we continued with classifying matter (pure substances versus mixtures). We:
- corrected pg. 156 #2, 4, 7-10
- played with molecule kits on the desk to show our understanding
- did a lab: Comparing Elements, Compounds and Mixtures. We will do the lab conclusion tomorrow in class so be sure to bring in the lab sheet with the observations table
